re: not posting/threading with staff -- do y'all not see how silly that is? like, "hey lets join this site someone/some people have sunk hours of their free time into and just make them do work the entire time!!" is what it sounds like? "thanks for making the site we're going to use it but basically exclude you - the owners basically! - from having the chance to enjoy it too. thanks!" ??? make it make sense yall, seriously.
